Terms of Service

By accessing and using Analytics Depot (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Analytics Depot provides AI-powered data analytics: you connect data sources or upload files, ask questions in natural language, and receive analyses, charts and reports. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan and may evolve over time as we improve the product.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You may only use the Service for lawful purposes. You agree not to: attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data; use the Service to process data you do not have the right to process; resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent; or interfere with the operation or security of the platform.

4. Subscriptions, Credits & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Each plan includes a monthly allocation of AI agent credits; credits are consumed as agent tasks run and reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of the data you upload or connect to the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to process that data solely to provide the Service to you. Connector credentials are encrypted at rest, and you can disconnect sources or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle data.

6. AI-Generated Output

Analyses, charts and answers are generated with the help of AI models and are provided for informational purposes. While we work hard to make results accurate, AI output can contain errors and should be verified before being relied upon. We do not guarantee business, financial or investment outcomes — decisions you make based on the Service remain your responsibility.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by Analytics Depot and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or other brand features.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Analytics Depot will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
