DNPA Code of Ethics

Purpose:

At Analytics Depot, we are committed to upholding the highest ethical standards in all aspects of our operations. This Code of Ethics serves as a foundational guide to ensure all team members act with integrity, comply with applicable laws, and avoid behavior motivated by personal gain.


Gifts, Favors, and Payments:

  • Any gifts, favors, or payments provided by Analytics Depot must comply with lawful business practices, maintain limited value, and avoid causing reputational harm if publicly disclosed.
  • Payments, commissions, or compensation to associates of customers without a written agreement are strictly prohibited.

Gifts, Favors, Entertainment, and Payments Received:

  • Associates must not solicit or accept gifts, favors, entertainment, or payments without a legitimate business purpose, particularly from entities seeking to engage with Analytics Depot.
  • Exceptions may apply for customary courtesies and nominal-value gifts; however, high standards are upheld, especially for gifts from suppliers.

Conflicts of Interest:

  • Associates must avoid any situation where personal interests conflict with the company’s objectives and disclose potential conflicts to their manager immediately.
  • This includes ownership in external enterprises transacting with or competing against Analytics Depot, or holding positions with competitors.

Confidential Information:

  • Unauthorized disclosure or misuse of confidential information is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in disciplinary action, including termination.

Compliance:

  • Breaches of this policy will lead to disciplinary measures, from warnings to termination. Associates are encouraged to report any violations they notice.

Social Media Guidelines

Introduction:

Social media interactions serve as public statements that can have lasting consequences. Associates must adhere to company policies outlined in the Employee Handbook when engaging online.

Be Careful What You Post:

  • Associates are personally responsible for their online activity, and inappropriate content can result in disciplinary action.
  • Posts should reflect personal opinions, with clear disclaimers when mentioning Analytics Depot.

Be Respectful and Professional:

  • Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all communications, avoiding offensive, threatening, or harassing content.
  • Respect others’ privacy and refrain from sharing misleading or false information.

Be Honest and Accurate:

  • Accuracy is essential. Correct any errors promptly and be transparent about edits to previous posts.

Respect Laws and Confidentiality:

  • Associates must comply with legal and confidentiality requirements, including copyright and privacy laws. Unauthorized sharing of company information is prohibited.

Report Your Concerns:

  • Any potential violations should be reported to Human Resources promptly. Retaliation against whistleblowers is not tolerated.

Plagiarism and Fairness:

Plagiarism is strictly prohibited at Analytics Depot. Team members must ensure fairness by giving all relevant parties a fair opportunity to provide their perspective on a story or issue.
